Product Description

Reversal is a hybrid filler created on the base of polylactic (Poly D, L-lactide) and hyaluronic acid. The main ingredient - polylactic acid is a biodegradable substance. Fully metabolized several months after injection without residual reactions. Polylactic acid (PLA) stimulates the synthesis of the patient's collagen in their skin cells, sending signals to the body about regeneration and activates healing and rejuvenation. At the time of dissolution at the site of the product the newly formed collagen remains, prolonging the effect of the filler up to 2 years.

What is PDLLA?

PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is a biomaterial made by polymerising lactic acid obtained from fermentation of agricultural products such as corn or potatoes.
PLA is approved by the US FDA and European regulatory authorities for dissolvable medical materials such as surgical sutures and orthopaedic implants.

PDLLA is the safest and most biocompatible isomer of PLA, and due to its unique structure, it can stimulate collagen autogenesis in the safest manner.

Effect
The effects of the therapy are visible immediately after injection. We obtain a filling effect thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid. After about 2 weeks, the production of collagen is initiated by the presence of PDLLA lactic acid microparticles. The effects of the therapy last for over two years after the last treatment. The recommended number of treatments is 2 or 3, depending on the skin deficiency, at intervals of 6-8 weeks.  After two years, we recommend performing 1 reminder treatment
